This supplement dramatically increased my urge to defecate. Shortly after starting it, my stomach felt odd and my bowel movements occurred more than ten times a day, which seriously disrupted my life. I cannot go out, as the urge to go to the bathroom becomes overwhelming when I sit or walk. I've stopped using it.
